HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE STABILIZER

H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizers from our premium range are renowned for their outstanding performance and efficiency. The voltage variations received from the electricity authorities are stabilized by these H.T Automatic Voltage Stabilizer. These H.T AVRs also stop the transformer and other electrical equipment from becoming overloaded. Wide voltage variation ranges are continuously monitored and corrected, under a load condition. Helical coils are mounted on a typical laminated core of H.T. Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizers. The length of the coil track is traversed with carbon rollers that have been assembled on a carrier board made of fiberglass. These H.T stablizers are available in 11 KV and 33 KV Voltage Class.

ADVANTAGES

Distribution Transformers are utilized to full capacity.
Low power losses due to correction of low or high voltage at the initial stage.
Protection from fluctuations on the H.T side, ensures longer life of distribution transformers.
For higher ratings, the installation cost is less in comparison to LT Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizers.
Multiple Distribution Transformers can be connected to a single unit of H.T Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizer.
Economically viable solution for wide voltage fluctuation ranges (eg. 8 KV – 13 KV or 28 KV – 36 KV etc.) and huge capacities like 2500 kVA and above.
Flexibility of installing anywhere on the feeder line.
In the event of replacement of the Motor or Motor Shaft, the same can be done easily, without opening the top cover, due to the external fitting of the Motor.
For any connected load or upto full load, the output voltage of H.T Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizer remains constant.
Voltage Correction response time is 20 microseconds.
Energy saving ranges between 10% to 20%, due to minimum load losses and higher efficiency (above 98%).
